About Us

Owners Samuel and Tania Smith have a combined fifty years of fine dining restaurant and club management experience. They established Tejano Brothers to realize their dream of preparing a variety of cuisines from the "Great Southwest" while presenting these fine foods with great attention to detail and "black tie" service.

Their combined experience results in creative and flavorful dishes, all served with an exquisite presentation. From Smoked Beef Tenderloin, to Pasilla Grilled Gulf Shrimp, to Exotic Beluga Caviar, Samuel and Tania have had the opportunity to experience a wide variety of cooking styles, techniques and presentations while managing the following fine establishments:
